All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days depending on your location.

 

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kitchen Drop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at 0haydenr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
